Located in Kos Town, a few steps from Lambi Beach, SeaSTAR Beach Apartments provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and express check-in and check-out. The apartment has an ideal location, very close to the beach (almost on the beach) with 2 mins walking to many beach bars and restaurants and very walkable to the busy area of the city around the port and marina. The apartment itself as the pictures advertised, really clean and quiet which allows for a good night sleep. Yiannis and his wife made sure that my stay was the most comfortable, very attentive and always available if I have questions. Definitely when book it again

Host recommended a traditional greek party nearby which was a great way to see local culture. All tips for beaches and restaurants were great. Sunsets... Wow!!!

The place is gorgeous! Quiet and so peaceful. Natzeem and Kallia are helpful and charming.. 5 min drive to the nearest town (Kos). I highly recommend.

Featuring sea views, THEODOROU villas provides accommodation with a private beach area, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden, around 800 metres from Psalidi Beach. A warm recommendation for a new and stunning villa in Kos!! Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Mikey and his daughters. A basket of treats awaited us - local fruit, fresh rolls, butter and jam. Perfect location!!! The villa is tastefully decorated, beautiful and clean. Equipped with everything a family needs for a stay. The kitchen is equipped down to the last detail - stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen utensils. The living room is spacious and inviting. Three large rooms with access to the courtyard from each room. Each room has a shower and toilet. At the exit from the living room there is a pool that faces the sea and a huge lawn with umbrellas and lounge chairs. A few meters away is a spectacular beach. We have no words to describe such a pleasant fun experience. Mikey, the owner of the complex, is such a nice man that it was very important to him that we were satisfied throughout our stay there.We have no doubt that we will want to return.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, mountain view and a balcony, Nympheas Luxury Villas is located in Mastichari. We’ve had such a lovely holiday, the host Angelo was fantastic from the start, he met us at the villa and gave us lots of information about things to do in the area, he even put together a little guide for us, which was really helpful, he was always on hand with anything we needed, and bought round a gift bag of local produce (cheese, wine, honey etc) which was a lovely touch. The villa itself is brand new, so everything is pristine, there is everything you could possibly need and more, the beds are super comfortable and there is balcony on the first floor, and 2 sun terraces with beautiful views. My favourite thing about the place was the pool, the pictures do not do it justice, it is a really good size and just perfect. Lastly Mastihari is a really lovely little place, we found it not too busy which was a lovely surprise. The villa is 2 minutes away from the beach, where there is plentiful reasonably priced sun beds, some really lovely restaurants, bars and little shops. We hired a car for a few days and visited Kos Town, and some more beautiful beaches on the other side of the island, nothing is very far away as the Island is quite small. The sunset in Zia is also definitely worth a visit. We were all very sad to leave and would return in a heartbeat 🩷
