In one word WOW. We stayed in the sea view and while the sea is quite far away the view is spectacular. The villa itself is brand spanking new and spacious and with every brand new amenity in there. It is truly luxurious with well appointed kitchen appliances, ac cooling and heating units in every room and lots of space. The service was incredible with delicious breakfast. Maria and her partner were wonderful in taking custom requests. This is also convenient to everywhere on the island. I cannot find a single thing that I can criticize about this place. Just WOW.

The Room was very big and nice for a couple had all the amenities and everything was clean and as this is very near to the center , it is very near to the bustop and super market , the caste area and the port. James was very assistive , he was there waiting for us near the port to assist us and guide us to the place, soo nice of him to do so.

Very modern and well designed. The family are all lovely and really helpful. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels, which we didn’t expect. Ot had everything you might need, iron, hairdryer etc. I always bring my own just in case. It’s easy to walk to and from and we had space to move around unlike a standard hotel room. It was very peaceful which is what we wanted. Watch the sunset from the balcony. All in all very happy with the property.

The location is excellent, close to some of the best beaches of the island, the airport and only 15 mins drive from the main town. Still private, quiet and peaceful. The house and pool were cleaned on a daily basis without any disturbance, while clean towels were left for us daily. Overall, amazing, top quality, we couldn't ask for more.

Roos Villas Naxos is situated in Agiassos and has a private pool and sea views. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The villa features family... The villa was in pristine condition. It was exactly as described in the photos and write up. Every amenity was well thought out - laundry, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool towels. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d possibly need. Katerina and her family were amazing hosts. Every day we were delivered fresh bread from a bakery in their home town. Katerina also brought us jams, a beautiful orange cake made by her mom, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, vegetables, cheese made by her father. It’s was amazing and we truly felt like part of the family at the end of our stay.
