The apartment is exactly as described – clean, tidy, and very comfortable with a great bed. The highlight is definitely the balcony, which offers a beautiful view over the sea and bay, set in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood. The place is well equipped with everything you might need – a filter coffee machine, toaster, fridge, cutlery, and more – making it easy to feel right at home. There’s also ample parking space, which is very convenient. What truly makes this stay special is the host. Exceptionally kind and helpful, with a warm personality that makes you feel genuinely welcome. I would absolutely check the availability here again when visiting Samos – highly recommended!

A recently renovated property, Calma Bianca is located in Pythagoreio near Remataki Beach, Folklore Museum of the Nikolaos Dimitriou Foundation of Samos and Panagia Spiliani Church. Location was perfect, the owner of the house was a very kind person and helped us a lot. The house was fully renovated and very nice decorated. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were delighted to leave the house run by Maria Hanım on August 6, 2025. Maria and her family warmly welcomed us. The interior of the house was tastefully designed, with everything for guests in mind. The house was both new and clean. The balcony with the sea view was wonderful. The cats in the garden were also very sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Samos. You'll feel right at home.

Thanks to their warm hospitality and the comfort of the house, Toby’s House will be our only choice for all our future holidays in Samos.

Featuring garden views, VM Cozy Home - Kokkari Center provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 8.3 km from Monastery Zoodochou Pigis. The house is in a perfect location right in the heart of Kokkarini, just a 2-minute walk to the stunning beach. You can even hear the sound of the waves at night from the garden. We stayed for 5 nights and everything was absolutely wonderful. Maria was extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed – we are very grateful to her. One of the best things about the house is the huge free parking area right in front of the door. We’ll definitely be back next year!
