The last few km's to the house are a gravel road, but it was in quite good condition and perfectly doable if you have some driving experience and/or a (compact) SUV. It's completely quiet and peaceful. At night, the only thing we heard was a long-eared owl.

Every morning we watched the lovely boats go by with a coffee on the balcony! Amazing much needed air conditioning in the main room! Incredible location to the idyllic town with restaurants and shops just a quick stroll away! Great bbq in the garden, great shower pressures and a family favourite was the ice cube maker. A truly wonderful place! Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We loved our stay at Villa Dida, it was a wonderful property in a great location in Hvar's Old Town. Very close to the port and easy to access (although lots of stairs to get to and also in the property!). Philip was a wonderful host, meeting us at the port to check us in and answered all of our questions throughout the stay quickly and easily. I would 100% stay at this property again and think it is the better place I have stayed in my various times visiting Hvar.

It was the highlight of our time on Hvar, and we wish we could have stayed longer. The house is so connected to nature, with nothing but silence and the sound of birds—complete relaxation and rejuvenation. The villa itself is beautiful. The three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the modern bathrooms are fantastic, and the kitchen and outdoor patio offer gorgeous views. Everything was incredibly clean, and we felt like we were at home, in our own villa. The pool area is stunning! The sea views, nearby islands, and olive trees create such a breathtaking scene. We loved relaxing by the pool during the day and having fun poolside parties at night. The sunsets are truly magical. We also attended a wedding at the villa, and it was one of the most memorable, epic party weddings we've ever been to. The stunning Hvar provides a fairytale wedding vibe, and the house is perfect for big, memorable parties. The owners are very friendly, welcoming, and happy people, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Exploring the area on the provided four-cross mountain bikes was a blast, and we felt a real sense of freedom. We had an incredible time and can’t wait to come back!
