Easy to find - great communication from Barry and Sarah. Cottage was clean and welcoming, super bathroom and bathrobes and comfy beds! We didn't manage to use the sauna as we were working long days and not getting back until bedtime - maybe next time!
Great location, nice and quiet, very private! Great for just a either couples or groups. Hot tub & sauna great addition especially if traveling a bit and want to relax! Beds were very comfortable. Had no problem getting keys & Cathy kept in contact with us whenever we needed!
Beautiful idyllic setting, old world hunting lodge well maintained had been painted, lovely antique furniture in common areas and comfortable, bed room was tastefully and brightly decorated, fresh and clean family room. We had requested on same entrance level for my Mum who has limited mobility with stairs.
Beautiful period country house with a wonderful atmosphere. The proprietors so warm and friendly. Most comfortable cosy room and the food is excellent. Definitely recommend Ballyglass Country House.
Fantastic location, views and surrounding area superb. Lodge accommodation and facilities excellent. Staff friendly and helpful, responded to questions pre visit. Self catering so only had breakfast one morning, delicious - and a family meal also excellent, even though hotel exceptionally busy that day
Bernie was very helpful to give us the little cabin in the garden with extra beds. Although I had cancelled at first and re-booked again for a night, she was very cool and patient about it all. Such friendliness helps the world! The cabin was simple and cosy, equipped with all you need. For 2 people enough space to move, for more people it might become more challenging but possible.
Cosy cottage, clean and warm.
We rented this villa for our parents, it was really charming, clean and cozy. The rock is close, as are shop, pharmacies and everything you might need. Kitchen was full of stuff and equipment. When we couldn't figure out the heating. The owner kindly agreed to come and help us.
This cottage was fabulous, a really special stay. The refurbishment was excellent, with underfloor heating making this historic cottage really cosy. Everything was good quality, including the bed linen, delph, kitchen utensils etc. Chris met us at the property to show us how things worked and was very welcoming and friendly. Felt like "home from home." Will be back.......
