It was a pleasure to talk to them. The room was super clean and tidy, as well as the bathroom. If we come back to wicklow, we definitely go back to their place.

For visitors looking to embark on day trips to nearby landmarks, the country house offers a selection of packed lunches. Beautiful period home set in a magical part of Wicklow. We, (Couple and small dog) were warmly welcomed with a cup of tea next to a warm fire. The gardens are stunning. Bed was very comfy. The food was excellent. What a gem! Will be back again for sure

The kitchen includes a ceramic hob with an oven and a grill, along with a selection of kitchenware. Gorgeous cottage in a stunningly picturesque location. Stayed for 5 nights over Christmas and it was perfect. The host welcomed us with some cake, chocolates, eggs and other supplies in the kitchen to get us started when we arrived. The house is spotless clean. The electric heating works very well so the house was never cold despite the weather outside and the little wood burner fireplace made it very cosy over the Christmas nights.

The house and décor were absolutely beautiful (and spotlessly clean) and the garden and views were so lovely. The bed was really comfortable. All of the little touches that the owner has made added so much to the experience, including plenty of toiletries, homemade scones and milk/wine waiting in the fridge for us. While we didn't stay long enough to make use of them, there are plenty of books and even board games for guests. I'd say it's probably the nicest accommodation I've ever stayed in and I can't wait to go back!
