Hengifosslodge Tiny Houses se nachází v destinaci Egilsstadir a poskytuje zahradu, soukromou pláž, terasu a výhled na hory. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay in the Hengifoss lodge. It's a dream to stay here. Once entered you're greeted by the warm smell of ember caused by the wood that was used to make this house. The colours and the layout of the room is incredibly cosy. The fireplace keeps the house (almost too) warm, and the window + terrace give an exceptional view over the lake and mountains. The hosts are also amazing and gave us the feeling that we're not only welcome, but also that they really understand why we chose to go to Iceland. We asked for help with our fireplace and the host, Isabelle, came to the rescue. She tried to help us to lit a fire but to no avail. We did however have a really good conversation. However when she left, we were content enough. Yet still she knocked on the door and winked us to come over. She told us enthusiastically that the Northern Lights were dancing and fully visible, we had to come outside! The next morning it was kind of raining, a little bit. But the sun was also shining through the clouds. The husband, Steff, called me when I was standing on the terrace. He said: "There is a rainbow there!" and pointed towards slightly behind the house I was standing in front of. I walked to the side and indeed saw a beautiful rainbow. This might not say much to other people wanting to stay there. But to me it feels like these people have such a connection with Iceland, its beauty and understand that we are there for the same connection, they told us to look at beautiful views which Iceland offers, and we were delighted to follow their guidance. Thank you Isabelle and Steff, for the warm welcome. Whenever we're in Iceland and planning to go near Eggs, we will definitely make use of your beautiful little houses.

Sólbrekka Holiday Homes se nachází v destinaci Mjóifjörður a může se pochlubit vířivkou. V tomto prázdninovém domě s výhledem na moře a výhledem na hory je dostupné bezplatné Wi-Fi. Amazing view. We found everything we need in the cottage. Hot tub was great :)

Skorrahestar se nachází v destinaci Neskaupstaður v oblasti Island – východ a poskytuje bezplatné Wi-Fi, neplacené soukromé parkoviště a vířivku. This was our best stay while exploring Iceland: amazing hosts, quiet and clean rooms, super spacious dining area and kitchen, a separate huge common space with 2 pianos …and a jacuzzi in the evening on the roof between 2 mountains! Socializing and sharing tips about travel with the other guests. Nice breakfast in the morning and Paskahellir site with blueberry fields in late August just around the corner. Totally worth the trip off the ring road!!

Set along the Seydisfjordur Fjord, these cottages are less than 3 km from the town of Seydisfjorudur. Each offers impressive panoramic views and a large terrace with an outdoor hot tub and BBQ. This Fjord that the house is located in is one of the most beautiful! The house is absolutely perfect and comfortable. It is cozy, warm and clean. The hot tub on the deck is fantastic! I highly recommend staying here!

Ormurinn Cottages se nachází ve městě Egilsstadir. Ve všech prostorách je zdarma dostupné Wi-Fi. Chata má kuchyňský kout, TV s plochou obrazovkou a terasu s grilem (k dispozici pouze v létě). Celý soubor chatek nad jezerem tvoří krásný celek citlivě zapadající do krajiny. Chatky jsou od od sebe poměrně dost vzdáleny, takže jsme měli pocit dokonalého sokromí. Přitom Egilsstaðir je v docházkové vzdálenosti, pouze přes most, lze tam nakoupit zásoby, natankovat apod. Samotná chatička byla velice pohodlná a dobře vybavená.. Celou dobu pobytu nám dělal společnost břehouš černoocasý, toho času ve svatebním hávu. Výhoda je check in pomocí klíčů v bezpečnostníé schránce , není nutné stíhat konkrétní čas příjezdu. I cena nám přišla ( na islandské poměry) rozumná. Není co vytknout, určitě bychom se sem vrátili.

Sigurstapi, Borgarfjörður Eystri se nachází v destinaci Borgarfjordur Eystri v oblasti Island – východ a poskytuje patio a výhled na hory. New, comfortable home with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Lovely views and the property is at the end of the street so very quiet. It has a wrap around decking and plenty of parking. The house is warm, the beds are comfortable, internet is fast, tv is large, and the kitchen has everything you need.

Dreamy Cabin with Sea Views, North Iceland se nachází v destinaci Bakkafjörður a poskytuje terasu a ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a výhledem na moře. The house in the sleepy, remote village is one of the few accommodations in the area offering all amenities (including a washer and dryer) and the comfort of staying alone. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Overall, the house possesses some continental European flair, which feels nice.

Geithellar se nachází v destinaci Djúpivogur v oblasti Island – východ a poskytuje patio a výhled na hory. Tato vila má zahradu, neplacené soukromé parkoviště a možnost vlastního stravování. Very very beautiful house, a dream home.

Stóri-Bakki cosy cottage near Egilsstaðir-Jökull se nachází v destinaci Stóri-Bakki a poskytuje ubytování s možností vlastního stravování, s patiem a bezplatným Wi-Fi. Such a cute little cabin and felt more spacious than the photos looked! We saw the northern lights going outside to round the back and looking north, and the owner was very sweet and attentive going out of her way to help our comfort and bring some extra pillows as we struggle to sleep with only one so that was very kind and it was very windy, it was very snowy around but the roads were manageable with 4x4 and lovely views around, good shower good firm beds, nice bedding, great mini fridge and freezer option good oven/ hob, kitchen was good with lots of utensils to use, very warm and cosy and peaceful and private, we liked having a tv, it has smart access too, WiFi was great, the supermarket closes at 7pm bear this in mind as we didn’t 😅
