Given that it wasn't our first time in Umatera, and that we have experience with other locations, I can say that this one is ideal. Veneto Square is a 5-minute walk away. The location is quiet and safe.

Nothing is missing here, super clean, perfectly located and free parking is a huge bonus if you are driving to Matera. Roberto, the owner, was a star of the day. Besides his limited knowledge of English he managed to explain to us everything that we needed to know. If we ever come back to Matera we will definitely stay again in La perla del tufo.
