Hang Loose Cottage Hotel & Resort 4 stelle Gizzeria Calabria provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. I want to go back here in the summer! The room was large and the out door area was fantastic. There was a large grassy area where our dogs could play and the pool area looked amazing. We were given the room code and entrance was very easy, parking is very easy as well.

Biagio is the hardest working man we've met in the 30 days spent traveling from Northern to Southern Itsly. He made sure our breakfast was there every single morning. He was always available to answer questions about where to eat and other questions about Scalea. We talked every day just about casual things. He was there so much we thought he lived on property. I can't tell you how much of a difference he made. I now consider him a true friend and will stay at the same place for our next trip. We are looking at homes in the area there, so there will be future trips. The facility design is very nice. I would consider it to be industrial. The rooms are spartan but exceptionally clean. The Wifi was very good and consistent. The patio just outside of the rooms were very nice. On a couple of nights I just sat outside to enjoy the night sky. I really liked the secure parking as the whole facility is fenced in. Our overall experience was truly outstanding, much of it owed to my new friend, Biagio.

The service was fantastic and they were more than happy to help with everything. The location was beautiful and offered us a nice relaxing break in the middle of a hectic holiday. So we didn’t have to leave, we ate there at breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food was delicious (especially the red wine). If the opportunity arises, we would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

Even a big coffee cake awaited us. Narrow cobbled paths, so picturesque!

The acommodation is amazing, the rooms are clean and spacious and come equipped with everything you may need, the property is beautiful, set in the middle of a gorgeous valley. Everyone we met took great care of us and even though we were the only guests at the time since the main season did not start yet, they still fired up the kitchen just for us, we had an exceptional private dinner, and most of the produce and ingredients are home made and home grown. We will definitely come back next time we visit Calabria!
