Clean indoor and outdoor spaces as well as the pool. Good quality breakfast, food selection is appropriate to the size of the property. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pet and children friendly. Farm animals are very well looked after and well loved.

Good wifi and of course no parking issues

Patrizia communicates quickly through any application that is easiest for you to use. She went above and beyond by offering to and bringing us a single bed so that my daughter and I could have our own space. Very responsive to issues. Very nice pool. Very comfortable beds. Nice espresso machine with pods included. Willing and eager to help with any travel questions regarding Florence or the area. It is gated, so you feel very safe.
