Self check-in was an option with keyless entry, however the host greeted us on arrival and that was delightful. Quite and peaceful location in a relaxed, friendly neighbourhood. Tea/coffee provided, with some drinks and snacks - always so helpful and appreciated, especially if arriving late at night. Also hair tongs/ blow dryer, umbrella, adapters, etc. Close to convenience store, Nezu Museum, Blue Note Jazz Club (brilliant!), fashion shops, smart cafes, Roppongi and more.
