The food from Chef Sam was amazing and went beyond expectations. Every meal tasted like it was made with real passion. The packed lunches for our game drives were convenient and perfectly portioned. The beds were soft and very comfortable. The view of Mt. Kilimanjaro was breathtaking. The pool was a little cold but still fun and refreshing. The showers were not heated, but after a day in the African sun, they felt just right. Another Sam, who takes care of the house, was incredibly kind and attentive. He made sure we were always comfortable and set up an outdoor fire every evening just in time for stargazing. Getting there was a bit challenging.
