This hotel provides fairly good rooms at a reasonable price. Double beds provide a comfortable night's sleep. Furnishings and amenities include a refrigerator, TV, a desk, two bedside cabinets and a large wardrobe (all wooden) as well as coffee table and lounge chairs. Power activated by room card. The premises offers breakfast. There's a single elevator for access and stairwell.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is an old colonial style with a central courtyard and refreshing pool that is square! The balconies look out onto the courtyard, and the whole building has colonial charm. Rooms are great value. It's a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to almost all you need in Phnom Penh, and their regular tuk tuk/taxi driver speaks good English and is very helpful. He is always available. The whole place has a cozy and quiet atmosphere that I love.

Hotel very well located beside to Old Market. Room was quiet (6 floor) with nice views of the city. Different cabinets to organize your clothes. Good bathroom.

Breakfast was simple, but on the lovely roof top so great view. The happy hour rooftop situation was just so pleasant every time, and the fun hot tubs on the roof. Staff were incredible and sweet. I ended up in a fantastically large room that was practical and cozy, bathrooms simple and clean. They also have a large pool on ground floor and a brilliant little gym. Overall it was a lovely place and it is also located in a great area and has an incredible view day or night.

We were upgraded for free, the hotel room was spacious and comfortable and kept clean by housekeeping. The shower is very good, decent pressure and hot water. We enjoyed the use of the rooftop pool, hot tub and sauna. The cocktails in the bar were very nice and the happy hour was good value. The location worked really well for us, most places we visited were a short walk or tuk tuk away.

I loved staying here, very small and cozy hotel. I booked Classic Room, it was on 3rd floor, windows open to the pool. Room very cosy and I slept very good all nights. Very nice and quiet neighborhood, nice pool and friendly staff.
