There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The villa provides parking on-site, an outdoor swimming pool and a 24-hour front desk. Property was very clean. Staff were very attentive and kind. One of the places I’ve felt the most comfortable staying in Sri Lanka. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting hiriketiya. Property is a few minutes walk from popular restaurants and a 15 min walk from hiriketiya beach making it quiet and peaceful for you to rest. If ever, you can also relax on the lounge chairs and your private pool. Overall, 10/10 and would stay here again.

This villa provides free private parking and a shared kitchen. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Such a nice place to get to after a long flight. The guy there was after anything we needed and super kind. The pool and decor is gorgeous. The bedrooms were beyond exceptional, with some of the most comfortable pillows and duvet, shower was incredible, aircon and fan was awesome, and welcoming lassies were delicious. The location is great to get to both Dikwella and hiriketiya beach.

Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The holiday home offers garden views, a sun terrace and a 24-hour front desk. Home from home! Ruwan and his family couldn’t have made us feel more welcome to their lovely Homestay. Nothing was too much trouble. The room had a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The shower was powerful and in the heat a welcome relief. Our room was on the small side but this wasn’t a problem as the outside space had a hammock, table and chairs. Breakfast was served daily by Ruwan and his lovely daughter. It was fresh and plentiful and always delivered with a big smile. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t great and took some getting used to. Ruwan did kindly offer to change our room but we declined as we didn’t want to inconvenience him with another room to clean. However it is only fair to share this information. We stayed 4 Nights with Ruwan and his family and everyday he checked on our welfare, if we needed anything or a ride anywhere. He organised a wonderful Whale watching trip for us, one we would recommend, as a must when in this area. Ruwan kindly cooked us a delicious Sri Lanka. Fish supper despite his wife only day’s earlier giving birth to their son. On New Years Day the family invited us for breakfast in their home. The food was plentiful, delicious and a reflection of this family’s kindness and willingness to share their hospitality with us. I urge Anyone in this area to visit Ruwan and his family if wanting an authentic experience. Ruwan, thank you , we will be back. You are in our hearts forever. Xox

Thankfully we stayed several days so we could experience the Sri Lankan and Continental breakfast options! The service was excellent, precise and always with a smile and pleasant greeting. We enjoyed the views, the dinners, the accommodations- everything exceeded our expectations! Thank you Suresh and staff for a memorable and relaxing end to our Sri Lankan adventure!

A recently renovated villa located in Deniyaya, Sinharaja Vini Villa features a garden. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The villa provides river views, an outdoor pool and a 24-hour front desk. We had an amazing stay! The veranda outside the room is so beautiful and you can see lots of monkeys and birds. The room was comfortable and clean with a good shower and fan. The family were so attentive and offered us lots of delicious coffee and food throughout the day. They were also so helpful and even did laundry for us. We also loved our rainforest tour with Vini, it was very good value and we loved seeing the different animals and swimming in the waterfall.

The hotel's daily Sri Lankan meals were not only delicious but made us feel like part of the family. If you're seeking a home away from home, you won't be disappointed.

Yes the tree house is amazing, the breakfast delicious and the cinemon garden amazing. But the most beautifull part is the friendliness and hospitality off the family. Their warmth and service has no limits and brought tears in my eyes.

The staff Sampath was also friendly and resourceful. The bedroom was comfortable. The beach is right in the backyard. There are many nice restaurants and lively events around the beach. Coconut hill, secret beach and parrot rock are nearby, within 1 to 2 kilometers.
