The house is modern, spacious and very clean. It has a good kitchen where we prepared meals and a seperate large bedroom and bathroom. The pool is lovely to cool off in after a beach visit. Sandy was also able to organise diving and snorkelling for us through Scuba Mau which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We loved the pool for the kids. My kids are ages 2 & 4 and they loved the pool so much. They also enjoyed the little playground area. I loved that the whole place was gated and fenced in. My kids could run around unattended and I felt really comfortable with that. It also had 3 houses so it was perfect for a small group of friends or family. They also had pans, pots, plates, bowls, and all extra kitchen utensils you would need to use. We didn't have to buy anything and that was a plus coming from a different country.

The kitchen is well equipped and a delight to cook in. Two very large bedrooms with en suites and a queen room without. Watch out for changes of elevation between rooms ie steps up or down.

Communication with the owner went really well and the apartment served as a great spot to easily explore the town, get a ride somewhere and just to hang out and enjoy the view. I really regretted not to have stayed longer and how to visit Cozumel again…

We ate in and cycled around to where we needed to go. Snorkeling out front is great! Amazing sunsets
