It has a good kitchen where we prepared meals and a seperate large bedroom and bathroom. The pool is lovely to cool off in after a beach visit. Sandy was also able to organise diving and snorkelling for us through Scuba Mau which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Manuel’s place in Cozumel was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of cities. The stars at night were beautiful and the bird watching also a highlight! We rented a car and explored the island, we were also a very short drive from our diving spot. Thanks Manuel! Would most definitely return.

We loved the pool for the kids. My kids are ages 2 & 4 and they loved the pool so much. They also enjoyed the little playground area. I loved that the whole place was gated and fenced in. My kids could run around unattended and I felt really comfortable with that. It also had 3 houses so it was perfect for a small group of friends or family. They also had pans, pots, plates, bowls, and all extra kitchen utensils you would need to use. We didn't have to buy anything and that was a plus coming from a different country.

The house is old but very cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces are unique and interesting, and there is plenty of room to relax. The pool is great—large enough to really enjoy a swim. A fun bonus was the three little turtle residents, which added to the charm of the place. We also loved having a pool table for entertainment. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot with character, perfect for a relaxing getaway! Miguel, who takes care about the house, is a perfect guy who can organize everything :) They also offer home made dinner so use this possibility - the food is great.

Brand New Condo with Rooftop Pool bevindt zich in Cozumel en beschikt over accommodatie met airconditioning en een balkon. The condo was in a terrific location, and is a high rise, so easy to spot even at night. There was reception during the day and evening, which was welcome security, although I never felt unsafe walking in town. Everything was immaculately clean. It was nice to have a rainshower, working AC and Netflix after being in small towns without these amenities. The owner has paid attention to details. High- quality towels, including beach towels, and even an iron/ironing board.

It was far away from the tourist zone that you can enjoy Cozumel to yourself. To get around, you really do need a car or motorcycle if you plan to eat out. We ate in and cycled around to where we needed to go. Snorkeling out front is great! Amazing sunsets
