The kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom quite new and good (the property as a whole seems to have been refurbished lovingly quite recently) and the house comes with many small thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable, including the two beds upstairs. The beach is a short walk away. The property comes with a traditional sauna (as well as an outdoor shower at the back of the house) which the hosts instructed us on how to use and we indeed made very good use of.

Though there is a laundromat in Narvik, it is only open on Thursdays, and only for a short number of hours.) The bed was comfortable. (Note that if you are two people needing separate bedrooms, you need to notify the owner about that ahead of time because otherwise you may find the other bedrooms locked.) The shower was good (steady temperature, good pressure, and well-enclosed). There was a bathmat. Parking is free and right in front of the house. The location is quiet. The owner lives close by. It is only about a 20-minute walk to restaurants. As advertised, the view is fantastic, especially the sunsets.

Place was quiet, far enough from tourist va et vient differently from Reine and closed to the Hamnoy village. In Hamnoy, an exhibition about fishing history quite valuable. Select cabin in Sakrisoy or Hamnoy instead of Reine.
