The owner was incredibly kind, respectful, and accommodating throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His hospitality made a lasting impression and added a personal, welcoming touch to the entire visit.

This Chalet is family run so there is care going into keeping it clean, well equipped & maintained. We did a package tour with Abdulaziz and Mr. Khalid which was great too as it was an addon to staying at their Chalet. The area is very safe, the hosts are such amazing people and would highly recommend staying at Al Rooh.
