This spacious house just outside the walled city of Óbidos was a comfortable and beautiful place to stay. The host, Tiago, met us as we parked (right in front of the house) and gave us the keys. He also walked us through a map of town and recommended places we should see, not only in Óbidos, but also in nearby towns. He also helped us make a reservation for dinner that night. The hosts have relationships with other businesses and craftspeople in town so many of the products in the home are locally-sourced. Since we only stayed one night, we didn't relax in the home as much as we could have, but the location was perfect for walking into Óbidos. Mood Lodging - Óbidos would also be an easy place to stay for a couple days and explore nearby towns by car.

Spacious and spotless. The towels were fluffy, and the beds very comfortable. Every last detail is provided to ensure your stay is a wonderful experience.
