The location might be a hit or miss depending on what you are looking for - we came to spend a few days in Tropical Garden Self-Catering after we had already spent a week on Praslin and La Digue in accomodations located near the ocean and beaches, so the fact that Tropical Garden is located at a distance from any nearest beach and up in the mountains was not a drawback for us. Quite on the contrary: we noticed that at a higher altitude (around 330 metres ASL) the air in the morning was a bit more fresh and cool than at the sea level. Tropical Garden Self Catering, true to its name, is located within a beautiful garden from which we were encouraged by our hostess to pick starfruit straight from the tree. It has a breathtaking view of the mountains from its balcony. It is spacious and tastefully furnished, clean and cosy. The hostess Flossy is the heart and soul of this place - she gave us the most heartfelt welcome, taking time to explain which beaches are safe to swim, which trails she recommends for hiking, which buses to take to go to Victoria or to the nearest beach she recommends for swimming and snorkelling (Port Launay). When on one day wi-fi stopped working, she was on the phone with us and quickly resolved the issue. She organised a taxi for us, asking the driver on our behalf to take us to the hypermarket in Victoria and wait for us while we did our grocery shopping before taking us to the accomodation. We did not rent a car on Mahe and still managed to see most of the island travelling by bus - the bus stop is located witihin about 8 minutes walking distance from the accomodation. You just need to devote some time to study the SPTC bus schedule but once you decode it, there is no stopping you from seeing every corner of Mahe!

Everything about our stay at Bois Joli was perfect. The villa is lovely and private, surrounded by jungle. The hosts, Richard and Judith, are so friendly, informative, and prompt. The location on a mountainside adds a sense of adventure and a change of pace from the usual accommodations, and very well placed, especially for exploring the south of Mahé and Victoria. A rental car really is necessary, unless you want to pay a lot for taxis. The design of the grounds, the villa, and the pool are aesthetically pleasing, calming, and done by Richard himself. Krásný čistý, prostorný pokoj s krásnou velkou terasou. Bessi byla velice příjemná, na zprávy reaguje okamžitě. Zajistila nám také pronájem auta. V ubytování k dispozici barel s vodou. Kuchyň plně vybavená, mixér, trouba, mikrovlnná trouba, formičky na led. Nedaleko obchod s potravinami, restaurace, autobusová zastávka.

Mouggae Blues Villas se nachází v destinaci Beau Vallon a má bezplatné Wi-Fi, neplacené soukromé parkoviště a výhled do zahrady. Pláž Northolme Beach se nachází 400 metrů odtud. -Everything was perfect. Gorgeous villa and feels like home.

We loved the balcony - it's like sitting in the trees! Along with flying dogs and green geckos. :-) Definitely one of my favourites traveling the Seychelles. + great value for money! Thanks a lot!!

Villa Kordia se nachází v Pointe aux Sel a nabízí ubytování v kreolském stylu v upravené zahradě, pouhých 5 minut jízdy od Anse Royale. Seychelské letiště je vzdálené 8 km. The host was really wonderfull and sweet. Thought with us when we had a late flight and we could stay longer. Also ask us if she did a laundry if she could wash somethings of us. Warm welcome with cool towels and fresh fruit from the garden. The place was lovely; really spacious and comfortabele. Nice beds as well. Besides an inside shower also a beautifull outside one. If we would come back to mahe we would with no doubt stay here again because compairing to the other places we stayed this was the best!

Villa Caballero se nachází ve čtvrti Anse Aux Pins Beach v Au Cap, jen 1,6 km od lihovaru Takamaka Bay. Nabízí klimatizaci a bezplatné Wi-Fi. K dispozici je také soukromá terasa. The host arranged transport from airport to the Villa, great start on our vacation. Quite and lovely neighborhood with beach 2 minutes way from the Villa.
