The resort itself has a clean pool, some of the best breakfast you'll eat (evening food as well despite a relatively small menu), peace and quiet at night, views in the day, and pleasant staff.

Very quiet place. New villas 2 rooms with a common swimming pool. The café is inside the area, but open from 9 to 3 pm only. The name is correct! Enjoy the fantastic breakfasts prepared fresh every morning. We will be back!!!

Communication was excellent, the place felt homely and it was close to the market, shopping centre, BIG C and 7-11.

Reasonably stocked fridge, better than an average hotel. Of course you need to share the cost to replenish it. Fully furnished property, fully equipped kitchen even with a washer and a dryer. A pouch of liquid detergent was there ready for us. I didn't check if it had a dish washer as we didn't need one. Full set of cutlery and table ware but we only found out in the last minutes as we didn't have enough time to check all the amenities. A perfect residential area as we preferred. If you drive it is a perfect 4 bedroom homestay for the price. Basically, it is a second home and has everything you need for your stay. Now, I am sitting in a hotel room of another town and regretting not staying in a homestay as there is no ice or ice tray in the hotel's measly fridge. 😕

The view was exactly as shown in the pictures, you have your privacy and can enjoy the bathtub, the staff was super friendly and always available on request, i travelled solo with my 3 year old and he loved it as well especially their pet cat, the staff made sure the food suited my taste buds. The room felt very homely and was clean, too.

I just picked a place to stay one night to visit the white and blue temple in Chiang Rai. I had no idea it was going to end up being one of our favorites of our trip in Thailand. The views, concept, vibe and the staff were incredibly wonderful. Our only regret was not having more time to stay there longer. It’s definitely worth it! 🪷

The view was amazing, especially from the bathtub; it was incredible. The house itself was very well designed with high-end materials, everything was comfy. The Chinese food from the restaurant is one of a kind, it's hard to find that good Chinese food around that area. There were bugs, but you are in the middle of the mountain in May, it's bound to happen, not a big deal if you keep the door closed. Overall, it was class A!
