Be ready to use google translate as stuff doesn't speak english, only thai. But when you communicate with a smile all language barriers are gone. Food is homy (but of course thai style homy) and tasty. Room is quite clean and cozy. There is an issue with shower - it has a heater, so it takes times to get shower for 2 adults (you have to wait while water is hot again). Nice place for 1-2 nights stop on a way from / to BKK or to stay near Sukhothai . And do us a favor - try coffee there at coffee shop at the entrance. It runs by the hotel owner and it worth every baht!

We stayed for 2 nights , the house is very traditional and beautifully decorated nice and close to the river and the night market but leafy and peaceful location. The hosts were absolutely charming throughout our stay the breakfast was possibly the prettiest table of food I have ever seen and all tasted great. On our departure we were given cakes and biscuits for our journey as we had to leave early for the train . Lovely people and highly recommended

We loved our stay here. The owners (a couple who have been there for nearly thirty years) made us feel very welcome. They’re clearly put a lot of effort into making the place beautiful and feel very secluded. We were a fairly short drive from the train station (about 15 minutes). The bungalows on stilts were well equipped and the beautiful trees and surrounding areas made us feel like we were extremely remote - in a good way!

We liked the garden area in front of the bungalow. It was very quiet 2 out of the 3 nights, with only frogs calling. Very peaceful really and a relaxing place. The room was very big, and room service kept the room very clean.
