This place was perfect for our family of four! Perfect location-very close to Hochatown, but not that far from Broken Bow either. Inside the house was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was clean (strong chlorine smell! but clean), and large enough for all of us. The house feels a lot large than it actually is, because of the layout and high ceilings. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill, other than basic ingredients. The kids (and husband) loved the arcade games upstairs! The master bathroom was huge and very nice. It has two vanities with sinks, the toilet is separated by a door, and the shower is huge with great water pressure. The neighborhood is very nice, the houses are far enough away for privacy, and lots of roads to go for a long walk. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great time!

The host is an excellent communicator, very accommodating, and right off they make you feel comfortable. There are some very exceptional surprises the host provides and I appreciate how simple and direct the rules are. 90% of the people who are hosts should take a few lessons about hospitality from this host. First being by making house rules simple and not as complex as a library catalog system that needs to be read (just to find the WiFi code). Others can learn from this host. If there were 11 ‘s I’d still rate higher. This property was amazing and I look forward to hopefully staying again the next time in Tulsa.

The cabin is set off by itself like it shows in the pictures, as well as a good distance from main road. The fireplaces were great both in and outside. We had to reach out to Host (Julien) on a few things and he was quick to reply and send out someone (Taylor) within 30 minutes to show us the proper instructions on the outside fireplace. He also suggested a few good places to go while there, which we did. There is actually plenty of room for 2 couples and or a family of four. This was a getaway for just me and my fiance, and first time to Broken Bow/Hochatown! Hot Tub was awesome. We had a great time and will definitely be back again to this cabin.

This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The holiday home has an outdoor fireplace and a hot tub. This place was definitely a 10 out of 10! I went with my husband, my mother and my 9 year old son. Pros: Spacious and a truly HOT hot-tub. Had a beautiful deck with a gorgeous view of the woods. We enjoyed having a soak while watching the deer and the firefly’s. All the bedrooms had great and comfortable beds. The master bedroom had a huge bathroom with a double shower. We loved it so much we are having serious talks of attempting to convert our tub at home to a double shower. The cabin was on a quaint gravel road (note, NOT dirt) a few minutes from the main road running through Hochatown. It gave it a nice “cabin in the woods” feel. It rained heavily one of the days and we were a little worried, but it did not have any mud or any danger of our cars getting stuck. Super close to the state park (around 12 to 15 mins) and a couple minutes away from Hochatown. They also had a binder with a lot of information about the area and what to do / eat. They also gave complimentary s’mores material (which we used!) in the back patio that had a gas fireplace which was super easy to use. The host was also super responsive when I had to call her randomly to ask a question! Something that I loved as well was the abundance of towels, was nice to not have to worry about washing them all the time. Even though the place did come with a top notch washer and dryer.
