We absolutely loved our three night stay at Greenfield and could have stayed much longer. Both Rene and his lovely wife were perfect hosts in this charming setting. Bungalows set amongst organic vegetable and herb gardens, lovely sitting areas and the best saltwater infinity pool with views out to the fields. Our room was basic but clean, our dinners at the homestay superb and Rene helped us with transfers and hiring scooters to get around this beautiful area. Highly recommend.

Nice and cosy bungalows in a quiet, rural, beautiful area overlooking the rice fields. Son, the owner, not only made us feel welcomed but was also so helpful and friendly.

The hotel owner, Son, was extremely nice and he taught us how to drive a motorbike and even came to check on our safety when we were taking a long time. The breakfast was tasty,, the lodges cosy and the staff kind. Son always went out of his way to make sure we were looked after and had everything we need. Highly recommend.

The best costumer service we have had in Vietnam so far, they offered to pick us up at the bus stop at 4 AM in the morning, and also allowed us to rest before the tour. The bedroom was super comfortable and the toilet very clean. The lodge is beautiful with a cozy view to the mountains. I highly recommend this place!

The stay at Hung Phat Bungalow was truly one of the best I’ve had yet in Vietnam, and wished I could have stayed longer. Son is truly the most caring host, who will go above and beyond for you to have a pleasant stay, helped me organise an adventure in the caves, advised on where to go in town, dropped to the bus station etc. Beyond that, the rooms are very cosy, and waking up and taking your breakfast with a spectacular view on the mountains alone is worth the detour by Phong Nha. Without a doubt, I would recommend

Very cozy bungalow, super nice family, very good food. It‘s location is also top: more quiet next to a school and not where all the hotels/hostels are but still everything we needed was close. I highly recommend to stay at Phong Nha Ecolodge.

Cozy bungalow with a beautiful view. Everything was perfect! And every day breakfast is very delicious. Mr. Son is friendly and nice person, he made us dinner late at night when we arrived and booked fantastic cave tour for the next day. Thank you so much, we will definitely come back to this place :)

View from the room is spectacular. Cozy and charming place. The owner, Ha and his family are very helpful and always ready to help. All our transfers were arranged by them. They also have beer and drinks stocked up in the front for very reasonable price. Bonus point if you are an animal lover, there are 3 cute small doggies running around.
