Everything was fantastic! I was in touch with Renate prior to arriving about our arrival time and she was ready to show me to the room when we arrived. The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay in Flachau, including a crib for our toddler. The kids enjoyed the freedom to go outside and play with the go-carts, jump on the trampoline, and see the animals (especially the cats) as well as staying inside and going downstairs to the playroom. Each morning, we were able to order fresh bread, eggs, and milk, which made for a delicious breakfast. Flachau was a great central location for us to stay as we exlored different places in the area (salt mine, Hohenwerfen fortress, Liechtensteinklamm). We visited in October, so the views of autumn in Austria were lovely. We are already looking at our calendar to find a way to return for another visit in the future.

We've had a very rought trip. Our first accommodation turned out to be fully booked. We've had to search for an alternative at 20:50. I've called the host and he was very kind. We could easily self check in at night. The breakfast was delicious, the room was tidy, and overall, the place had a nice atmosphere. Obertauern was like 15 minutes away by car.
