    Super helpful staff who went out of their way to help. Booked trips, shows and made sure we felt very welcome. The place is beautiful and worth travelling just outside the main town if you want a more peaceful experience. We got a cruise down the Li River to get here and found it difficult to get a taxi, so hired a scooter to get us to the hotel. It might be worth planning ahead and booking transport through the hotel to pick you up. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
