Country Houses in Betancuría

We were so very impressed with the peaceful, calming atmosphere at the Casa Princess Arminda. This historic building has been sympathetically renovated, with wonderful traditional decor. The bed was extremely comfortable, the breakfasts were great and filling, and set us up each morning for our long hikes of which there were many right on the door step. Set in this historic village the hotel is a very fitting and pleasurable place to stay in. The host was extremely, friendly, attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back to stay.

Small hotel in historic buildings in the centre of the small town of Betancuria. This is the only hotel in Betancuria which has a lot of tourists during the day but is very quiet during the evenings. The rooms are big and comfortable. The hotel has a big courtyard for the restaurant, a bar, different common rooms and a swimming pool. Breakfast and dinner are served upon request. Betancuria is a great starting point for hikes and trips in the beautiful region. I enjoyed my stay.

This was local accommodation ran by locals in a stunning village, which is bussling with tourist during the day, but which goes incredibly quiet after 6pm as everyone leaves, The casa we stayed at was the only accommodation to stay at but the owners have made every effort to make it a comfortable, memorable stay. They offer dinner in the evening & breakfast whilst simple is wholesome. Great spot for walking the local hills.

Breakfast is good. Dinner too. The biggest pluses of the place are the historic building itself and the location. Betancuria is a lovely and quiet town in a great setting. Especially at night you can feel the unspoiled beauty and authentic atmosphere, far away from mass tourism.

I like the big size and the cleaness of this house. It is very quiet nearby.
