Incredible disappointment with this property. The host is a complete nightmare of a person. We only booked this for one night for a romantic anniversary, the hot tub was the only reason. When we first checked in the host told us there “may” be a “leak” but it should be “fine”….not fine at all! We had the hot tub on for 20 minutes and it leaked out of the bottom of the tub all over the room. We spent our romantic evening mopping up water. To make matters even worse, when I expressed my concerns to the host she accused us of breaking her hot tub!!! No apologies, no accountability. Do NOt stay here, it’s not even cute…very tacky decorations and smells bad.

Wonderful location, very quiet. Beautiful surroundings with plenty of options for hiking. The hotel was superb, plenty of character, nice on-site restaurant, incredible location, Accepting pets is a strong plus. 10-star staff, very professional, attentive and very flexible to accomodate our chaning needs. Cant be thankful enough. Will surely come back.
