The staff is very friendly, they showed us all their recommendations for things to do in the City, and were always very kind. You can easily get to San Sebastian/Donostia and Hendaia from the hotel (direct metro line). My sister and I definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything - we had a wonderful week here. The suite was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the furnishings were all in A+++ condition. Views from the windows were stunning. The owners were extremely helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble for them. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in a lifetime of traveling. The owners were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and large. It had a comfortable bed and a large shower room. WIFI worked very well. There was parking in the premises. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful with fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, delicious eggs, cheeses, bread and more… The nearest town, Urnieta, is located at 5 minutes by car where there are restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, etc. We definitely will return whenever we visit the area.

It was a nice quiet place with really kind people and the breakfast was incredible for a cheap price.
