The host was above and beyond! We had a wonderful discussion about the property, the region and she let us sample their wine. We were there on a bank holiday so she made a dinner reservation for us “just in case” and even drove us there and back because we didn’t have a car.

Located on the banks of the Vigo Estuary surrounded by beautiful gardens and woodland, the hotel is a lovingly converted and extended, 17th century, rural property.

My room was perfect and was able to check in early! My phone died and the Manager helped me out by looking for a place for me to go and buy a new one/ and organizing a taxi to take me there! so grateful!

The view was amazing . Gorgeous view of distant hills, nature and houses and it was equally as beautiful at night . This was my favorite place I stayed at in Galicia. The staff was very kind and accommodating. They took care of me and made sure I ate. The atmosphere was relaxing. Antonio the maintenance worker was super nice and helped me a lot, since I was on foot he took me to get food. Breakfast was fantastic. I believe in this town, you get a true feel for what rural Galicia is like and how friendly the locals are.
