The location was tucked away, which was so peaceful. Breakfast was made hot to order, always a wonderful treat. You can’t beat a hot breakfast looking out at Loch Ness watching wildlife. Rooms were comfortable and recently redone. They have a nice little bar with lots of options.

The cottage was only a 10min drive to all the local amenities. This place is perfect for anyone wanting to escape life and have quiet remote place to chill and unwind, which is what we were after.

I read all the reviews after I booked and I was abut worried because they were bad! But the staff was lovely it was cheap it was quiet ... I think the people writing bad comments expected a luxury lodge which it isn't, if your touring scotland and just want a bed and shower and warmth that's litrally what you pay for ! The concierge showed immediate interest in us as guests and made us feel welcome as well as sharing some local information and highlights. Twin room was spacious, beds were lovely, bathroom fitted with both shower and bath, a luxury for tired limbs. And it was blissfully quiet throughout the night.
