Our gracious hosts, Gianluca and his father made us feel welcome from the moment we got there until we drove off to our next destination. They enthusiastically ensured that all of our needs were met and always greeted us with a smile. The room was spotless, the grounds and the pool were just beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. Very close to lidos with nice beaches.

This place is absolutely amazing. Rustic, with a charm and a soul, a place one will never forget. Definitely a highlight of our family PUGLIA road trip. Delicious food served with a lot of taste. Attentive and kind service (also to our sometimes noisy kids). Comfortable parking. Rooms are very tastefully decorated to the last detail. Very comfortable beds and mattraces. Lovely pool with a Botanical Bar next to it, serving drinks and foods. Our kids only wished we stayed for longer than 4 nights. We had a rental car and visited the area (Alberobello, Cisternino, etc) around on small (half)day trips. VERY highly recommended. We will return with much pleasure.

The location was in the countryside, not far from town. It was quiet and peaceful, just what we were looking for. The room was very clean, and the surrounding grounds were beautiful. This location was the perfect starting point for going to all the cities you want to visit in Puglia. Alberobello, Monopoli, Ostuni, Polignano A Mare, Loco Rotundo, we're all a quick 20-25 minute drive. Carmen was amazing and she fed us a great breakfast each morning.

The Masseria Salamina is a 17th-century castle set among olive groves and farmland. It offers a pool, a traditional restaurant, and even homemade olive-oil soap in spacious, air conditioned rooms.
