There was no breakfast offered. So not sure how I can rate it. The location was fine nice and quiet location. My room was nice and clean. I didn't use any of the rest of the place though it looked nice.

Very historic bnb in Kanab. 4 lovely bedrooms. Very comfortable, good location, safe, good bath and room amenities. It had a washer and dryer and supplies. Some leftover supplies in kitchen pantry. Porch to sit on to look at the moon. We met some nice visitors there from France and Germany. Directions were provided via email and in the bnb, so did not need to talk to staff.
