Much more than the pictures convey, this is a truly tranquil oasis. The house is simple but has everything you need to unwind including a large porch, absolutely refreshing small pool, and great views. A real gem we were really happy to stay in as a family for a week. Very close (10mins) to shops,restaurants, Corte, and great hikes and rivers.

We really loved the location of the house, as it was located in a village up in the mountains, where only locals reside, which makes it a fully immersive experience! The neighbours were very welcoming, always up for a small chat and even offered us some local cookies!! Theres a small canteen/bar where you can have a drink with the locals and exchange a few experiences. The host itself, Alexandre, is very kind and welcoming. He was available at all times, to helps us plan out our entire itinerary and even for the occasional needs that we had from time to time.

The “double” mattress was old, unusually short (180 cm) and narrow. Changing the mattress and adding more representative photographs of the accommodation will help improve future experiences. Hiking activities are possible in the area and Bastia is just a 30-minute drive from the property. Free private parking is possible on site. The owners are very kind. The room was perfect, everything new and very clean. We met a lot of families here! Unfortunately we had already planned to stay only one night… next time we will spend more time in this relaxing place!
