Ijen resort is beautifully located in the rice fields. It’s very peaceful and quiet. The superior room we stayed in was big and has a nice outdoor sitting area. Nice massage and cocktails. They even packed breakfast at 12am for our midnight ljen tour.

Excellent location for climbing the mountain, very close to the train station. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very helpful. Excellent breakfast! Very clean and nice common area!

Stayed for 2 nights, family. Lobby was not too big but warm and welcoming. Bed was super comfy, floor i was in (3rd floor with balcony facing pond below) was quiet i could rest peacefully in the evenings. Amenities were satisfactory. Maid service was fast and clean (completed within 2 hours). Breakfast has various selections (local/western), tasty but could be improved. Swimming pool was great: well-maintained, clean, empty (before 7 am) and chlo smell was not too strong.

The shower is perfectly hot : a big plus when it’s 10-15 degrees outside when you come back from hiking. The whole apartment is new and clean, in a good shape. Bed comfort is very appreciable too. It is well located and quiet (but we did not have b&b neighbors at that time) : high value for the price (in comparison with hotel in the area), I could come back !

A beautiful, peaceful place in the countryside. The design is stunning and it's a really comfortable place to relax for a few days. The homestay is a little outside of town, but only 10 mins walk to Banyuwangi Kota train station, so was actually more convenient for me than being right in town (it's also very easy to get a cab or gojek into town if needed).
