This was the best and the most luxurious stay we’ve ever experienced! Everything from the start to finish was amazing! We were greeted by a lovely receptionist (if I’m not mistaken her name was Elizabeth). We got a room upgrade as we were celebrating my friend’s graduation. We couldn’t believe the lovely room we got! With a pool on the balcony! It was so special! Breakfast next day was just AMAZING. And the pool area and great music made us really unwind and get into holiday mode. I would stay there over and over again and I’m telling all my friends about this hotel. You’ve set the bar high and now every other place I stay at is just not good enough haha. Thank you also for the celebration cake for my friend that you kindly gifted to us, it was delicious!

From the moment you arrive at the entrance until you step into your room, this hotel delivers a 7-star experience. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the hospitality throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and clearly well-trained. The hotel's décor is stunning, and the signature scent throughout the property adds an extra touch of luxury. Our room had an unbelievable view truly breathtaking. Housekeeping services were impeccable, with great attention to detail. The swimming pool area is a highlight, with multiple lifeguards ensuring a safe and relaxing environment. Breakfast was another standout experience. Special thanks to the chef and all the waitstaff for their excellent service and delicious offerings. Although I met only one member of the management team, it's clear that the entire leadership works hard behind the scenes to deliver exceptional results. If you're planning a trip to Dubai, don't think twice One&Only is the place to stay. You won’t regret it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful esp Shahed who assisted me so well. The overall vibe and aesthetics of hotel are really good. They have 5 star services and facilities.
