I can only confirm this property's pros as in my previous review. In addition to this, I shall say that the management is excellent. Upon arrival, my luggage was inadvertently taken by another group heading out of the country. Well, the hotel manager did everything and more to retrieve it. It eventually drove halfway across the country to bring it back to me by the end of the day. I never saw such a commitment elsewhere!

Our family of four spent this holiday in two rooms, and it was absolutely wonderful. First of all, the hotel staff from the reception to housekeeping to the bar team were very polite and solution-oriented. The housekeeping team in particular was excellent: fast, thorough, and attentive. The guests here are quiet and respectful. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Vlore, and the parking area is more than sufficient. The hotel meets every luxury need. The choice of furniture, flooring, and other materials in the rooms is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, the TV is large, and so is the balcony. We stayed in a mountain-view room, which was perfectly quiet. In the mornings, the fresh scent of olives would drift into the room. Breakfast was delicious, clean, and offered enough variety. Every morning, they baked a new cake. The kitchen team is truly talented. Dinner was not included in our package, but when we did try it, although it was pricier compared to outside, the food was delicious and fine-dining quality. The pool and sun loungers are very stylish. Ideal for relaxing and spending time. The pool is small but pleasant. You can reach the beach by crossing the road. There’s a beach bar with reasonable prices. The loungers have soft cushions and are comfortable, with plenty of umbrellas. The beach is spotless, with pebbles rather than sand. There are around 25–30 loungers, but the number can be increased if needed, so it never feels crowded. The sea is a bit wavy and gets deep quickly. If you prefer calm, shallow waters, this might not be for you. We enjoyed it; playing in the waves was fun. There’s plenty of swimming space as the buoys are set far out. The beach has men’s and women’s restrooms, changing cabins, and showers. The shore isn’t visible from the road, which offers a sense of privacy. Our whole family was very satisfied with this holiday.

Chlápek na recepci nám přeparkoval auto, abychom to k němu neměli tak daleko. Pokoj s pohodlnou postelí a naprosto úchvatným výhledem na celý Gjirokaster. Od trhů pár minut schůze. Nejlepší snídaně, co jsem zažil, nádherný výhled. Ani bych nekoukal po jiném ubytování.

Side Airport Hotel se nachází v destinaci Krujë. Náměstí Skanderbeg je 18 km daleko a Lanovka Dajti Ekspres 22 km. Ubytování jsme využili jen čistě na přespání, jelikož nám letadlo odlétalo brzo ráno. Ale i tak tento hotel předčil mé očekávání. Pokoj byl prostorný a čistý. Personál byl sympatický a se vším nám vyšel vstříct. Pán na recepci nám vytiskl letenky, které jsou v Albánii potřebné v papírové podobě. Ráno nám udělal i kávu a odvezl nás transferem na letiště i přesto, že je to jen pár metrů. Hotel určitě doporučuji.

Very comfortable stay. Everything was very clean - the room, the bathroom, and all public areas. They bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was hot. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good with many choices. We will absolutely stay here again should we ever return and will recommend to others.

Nadherný hotel. Pokoj voněl, byl moderní, úložné prostory, hezky výhled z balkonu. Krásný bazén, vyhlídka z terasy, parkovací místa u hotelu i garáži. Snídaně byla bohatá, vynikající káva. Check-in proběhl i dříve.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the airport. It has its own parking, and the staff is very kind and friendly. Upon arrival, we were offered a free drink for welcome. The spa center is excellent, and the food served in the restaurant is also outstanding. The rooms are well-furnished with new equipment. I would definitely recommend it!

Super chill hotel with a great vibe. Room was clean and comfy, staff were super friendly, and the location was perfect. Breakfast was great too. Would definitely stay here again!
