I had a great stay! The hotel was fantastic, beautifully designed interior and very peaceful. The staff was extremely attentive. We were traveling by motorcycle, and the private parking was perfect. Their hospitality exceeded our expectations, and breakfast was lovely. Everything was just perfect!

Everything is 10/10. The nicest hotel we've ever stayed in. Super clean rooms, modern, they smell great, the bed is so comfortable... Not to mention the staff is amazing, even carrying our heavy suitcases to/from our car! Do not hesitate to the book this hotel if you're in Berat- it's worth every penny.

Helen and her husband !!! They are the heart and soul !! The view is amazing ! A/c works great !! Beds are comfy, towels - plush . But, the breakfast is outstanding also !!! Homemade specialties made by mom and fresh fruit !! 💕💕💕💕

No words to describe Hotel Vale, different than perfect. Amazing rooms, staff, location. Service was impecable, breakfast as well. We didn’t want to leave Sarande because of Hotel Vale.

Highly recommended! Such a warm and homely feeling. Zamira took care of everything we needed, the food was delicious, the hospitality was heartfelt, the rooms were spacious, and there were chickens and cats in the yard — all given with so much kindness. This was probably the "best value for money place" that we have stayed during our trip in Albania and North Macedonia. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was a good change from the regular continental breakfast. The property was also in a nice location and offered a parking place.

We arrived in the middle of the night, everything was taken care of and well explained, how to get there and where to park. Staff was superfriendly and the communication was smooth. The mattress was extremely comfy and the room was quiet so we had a great sleep. Coffee shops just a short walk away.
It was a good value for one night stay with free parking and I'd definitely use it again.
