The hotel and grounds are beautiful - brick, steel and wood - modern and rustic vibe. However, what made our stay exceptional was the care and attention given to us by Stina, our main contact at the hotel. She speaks perfect English and communicated with us before our stay via email, greeted us in person, and took care of our every request throughout our stay. She is a gem - thank you to Stina for making our stay extra special!

Location is just perfect. Owners are so nice, we had wine tasting and meals there, just perfect, a lot of animals running around and fruit trees. It's a very special place, so enjoyable.

If I could give them 100 I would. The host Zimara is a wonderful woman, so full of life and energy and so helpful!!!! We never were lacking in anything. She treated us like family. It was the best getaway from the smoky city to enjoy her lush green property. Her cooking is top notch. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a meal as much as I did her dinner! You leave feeling recharged and breathing better!

I would rate this hotel as 5 stars. The room was amazing, exceptionally decorated. The wallpaper was amazing and I could see that it wasn’t printed but stitches woven into it so maybe it’s material! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Also very clean with everything that you would need. A large TV, Toiletries, kettle, water in the mini bar. I'm a single female solo traveller and I found that the hotel was very well located. The old town is only a ten minute walk from the hotel. I felt very safe and comfortable walking around exploring. The owner went above and beyond. He was very helpful with booking a day trip to the lake, which is a must if you visit Shkoder, the views are out of this world. He also assist in transport when I was stranded in a restaurant as the streets flooded with rain. I would 100% recommend this hotel. If I return to Shkoder I will come back to Ervini
