My wife and I visited early June 2025 and our stay at Vista was amazing. One of the very best hosts my wife and I have stayed with. Very kind and helpful. Breakfast is amazing and has a variety of food items. The air conditioner in our room was super powerful (something that warm-bodied humans, such as myself, appreciate a lot). Overall, it is an amazing hotel with a historic flavor run by incredible nice and gentle people. I would strongly recommend Vista to fellow travellers visiting Berat!

I had a wonderful stay at the Grandview Hotel. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and offered stunning views. The bed was incredibly comfortable. What truly stood out, was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff—everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Petro at the reception, who went above and beyond—helping me book a taxi to Saranda, giving me great tips on Berat’s main attractions and how to get around, and even arranging a complimentary room upgrade. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

The hotel and grounds are beautiful - brick, steel and wood - modern and rustic vibe. However, what made our stay exceptional was the care and attention given to us by Stina, our main contact at the hotel. She speaks perfect English and communicated with us before our stay via email, greeted us in person, and took care of our every request throughout our stay. She is a gem - thank you to Stina for making our stay extra special!

Helen and her husband !!! They are the heart and soul !! The view is amazing ! A/c works great !! Beds are comfy, towels - plush . But, the breakfast is outstanding also !!! Homemade specialties made by mom and fresh fruit !! 💕💕💕💕 This place will make your heart happy and it showcases Albanian hospitality perfectly !!!

We loved this hotel!!! Marcel and his family are so kind and welcoming. The hotel and room is stunning, decorated beautifully. We are at their restaurant for dinners and the food was some of the best we’ve had in Albania, loved this veggie platter. We had many bottles of their homemade white wine. the breakfast was one of our favorites while on our 6 week trip. We were so glad we stayed here outside of the city, it was very calm and centering. Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and made us feel instantly welcome. The hotel is in great condition, and the location is ideal—everything you need is just a short walk away. The rooms have a beautiful classic vibe, perfect for relaxing and even taking aesthetic photos. We were lucky to have a jacuzzi in our room, which made the experience even more special. We had such a fun time with the girls—it felt like a mini getaway in the best way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, stylish, and memorable stay!

The breakfast was excellent, the location was excellent, cleanliness was excellent, very comfortable, clean and safe rooms. Updated and modern place. We will stay there again if we go back and highly recommend that hotel in Albania.
