This was not our first stay at this lovely hotel, and definitely won’t be our last. It’s a charming, cozy place nestled right in the heart of Yerevan—perfect for exploring the city. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive, and the atmosphere feels personal and welcoming. Everything is always clean and thoughtfully arranged. But what truly sets it apart are the homemade breakfasts: delicious, heartfelt, and served with genuine care. A wonderful experience, every time.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can walk to anywhere in the city in almost half an hour. The hammam and pool are very good. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The location couldn’t be better - it's just a 10-minute walk from Republic Square and the Cascade Complex, right in the heart of Yerevan. Plenty of shops and restaurants are 1-2 minutes away, making everything super convenient. Although the rooms are not big, they’re incredibly well thought out. They include everything you might need - from essential amenities and bath products to those tiny, useful items you don’t usually think about but end up needing. The staff put a lot of care into ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. The room itself was clean, cozy, and nicely arranged. We were even welcomed with some sweet treats and free bottles of water, which was such a kind gesture. But what made the stay special were the people. The staff were fantastic - always ready to help, whether it was giving directions, helping us arrange transport, or just being there whenever we needed something. Even after check-out, they let us store our luggage (and our friends' luggage too) in their luggage room since we had a very late flight. If you're visiting Yerevan, this hotel is a perfect choice. If we come back to Armenia, we won’t think twice about staying here again.

Skvělý moderní hotel za dobrou cenu. Pokoj s výhledem na Arrarat. Dobrá snídaně. Toaleta s bidetkou. Ve městě došlo k výpadku proudu, ale hotel měl vlastní generátor.

Everything was amazing, the location is central walking distance from everything you need, christmas market just in front of the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful!
