We have really enjoyed our stay in the Sapsan lodge. Spectacular views - both during the day and at night. Great facilities. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. They made an armenian bbq for us which we had with delicious salads and sides. Some samogon has been drunk. It has been the highlight of our holidays in Armenia. Amazing experience! Thank you!

It is a very good accommodation experience. The room is very new and quiet, and the traffic nearby is very convenient. The subway station is 8-10 minutes' walk away and supermarkets next to it. There is a washing machine and dryer in the hotel, as well as a yard. We went from Tbilisi to Yerevan ,we didn't have cash on us, the landlord helped us pay for a taxi. He is a very kind person.and took the initiative to send a message to tell the hotel the exact address after booking the room.

Quite, tranquille place settled in the mountains. Very nice for a family rest. The owner brought us all kinds of toys for the kids (and there is also a sand box). Too bad the speaking languages of the object are only armenian and russian. Only one speaking english was owners granddaughter who was at the property, an extremely polite and nice girl.

Luxury was like an oasis in the Sevan city. Our room had a lot of space with a modern design, a double bed, and air conditioning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast and the lovely garden. The owners organised a day tour that was great, taking us to the national park, a monastery, a church, and the centre of Delijan. The owners were very kind and helpful, making our experience truly memorable.
