Spotlessly clean room and exceptionally friendly staff in one of the most beautiful buildings in Yerevan. The lady preparing the breakfast was charming. Couldn't ask for a better location as well. Although in a central, quite busy street, you won't be bothered by the noise. The hosts can arrange private day trips for you for nearly the same price that other companies offer team tours. We personally visited Garni, Geghard and the symphony of stones very affordably.

Everything was perfect — the place is cozy and clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the overall service was outstanding. A special thanks to Rami at the reception — he was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and made sure everything went smoothly for us throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again. Thank you for the amazing experience!

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with every detail carefully explained. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the view from the window was breathtaking.

My absolute favorite thing about this property is that there’s shattaf/bidet in the toilet. Veryy clean and new hotel, good facilities and rooms. Very helpful and polite staff. Helped us a lot with all our needs. Location of the hotel is also pretty good. Theres bus stop very nearby and taxi is also very cheap to the centre as this hotel is very close to centre.
