Super mind blowing location - on a large boulder by the edge of a cliff, yet safe enough. If coming with children, would highly recommend keeping a close eye. Very cozy and spacious bungalow, amazing owners. Highly recommended. Had coffee and tea, the necessary spices for cooking and overall very satisfied with our stay.

Location was perfect, 2 mins from main square, walk to everything. Very clean, looks all new. Rooms are lovely and clean. Great hot shower with lots of pressure. WIFI good. Breakfast was amazing, so much food. Hosts were very friendly, we arrived early and we were able to leave our bags and were contacted when the room was ready. Beds are very comfortable, good linens. Hosts very friendly, immediate response to any queries. If I return to Gyumri this is where I would definitely stay.
