The person is called Jaafar, he is a very well-mannered, polite and extremely cooperative person who overcomes all difficulties. Thank you Jaafar... The sugar also goes to his colleagues at the hotel reception, they were kind and cooperative. As for the hotel, its location is excellent, close to the sea promenade, the restaurant, and the squares. I highly recommend it.

The staff were fantastic! They really care and welcome their guests as family. They go out of their way to accommodate and support your needs. The breakfast is so generous and excellent. I cannot day enough of the manager, he is professional, knowledgeable and so kind. I will definitely be back!

The hotel is very comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and answered our questions nicely (it was our first day in Azerbaijan). The location is good, close to Azerbaijan eye, deniz mall and the flame towers. BTW, I recommend visiting the donner resturant next the hotel ( I attached a picture of the restaurant). They have kebabs, dinner kebab, great soups, rice and tea.
