Staff was very friendly, and very helpful, I greeted with a complementary cake and tea! I went there solo, to enjoy the fresh air of the mountains, and the staff went beyond to make my staying very relaxing.
I wish you all the best, and for sure will recommend this to anyone visiting qusar/ Azerbaijan.

This hotel gets better every time. There have been some improvements in the facility since my previous stay there in the summer of 2022. The new restaurant facility, good quality coffee, friendly personnel, clean rooms are among many more things I loved about this hotel.

I have been travelling to Azerbaijan for several years. Normally, even the other hotels having more facilities or fancier, they have always problems in service. Midtown is an exception. From front desk to bell boys, they have a very high standard. For the breakfast, Samir is a star, serving people like hosting in his own home. He is the manager of several stuff. Each of them behaves like him. I haven't seen such a hospitality. Thanks!

I had an incredible stay at Four Seasons Baku. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The spa and massage experience were truly relaxing, with top-tier facilities and professional staff ensuring ultimate comfort.
Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day perfectly. One of the most impressive aspects of my stay was seeing the General Manager himself walking around early in the morning, personally checking on everything. It shows the high level of care and attention to detail this hotel maintains.
Overall, a fantastic experience—luxury, comfort, and impeccable service all in one. Highly recommended!

Very helpful staff carried our luggage for us between our taxi stop and the hotel. Since the hotel is in old town and cars are not allowed to drive into the old town, there’s the need to carry luggage from taxi stop to hotel, which is a bit of the distance.

The room is amazing, big and comfortable, all the facilities you can find there, very good! The staff are really friendly and try to help you whenever you need. First time I ever had strawberries provided in my room, very sweet of them. Def recommend it!
