Beautiful hotel on the edge of the Old Town. We had a room with a view on the Flame Towers, excellent.
Special thanks to Rovsham in the breakfast restaurant, chatty, funny and very helpful, a specialist in hospitality.
Also special thanks to Jafar (Cafar) at the reception who made our stay very welcome. He was very helpful with any question we had and helped us booked the best excursions. In the weekend the hotel has evening entertainment with local singers, they are great too.

I had an incredible stay at Four Seasons Baku. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The spa and massage experience were truly relaxing, with top-tier facilities and professional staff ensuring ultimate comfort.
Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day perfectly. One of the most impressive aspects of my stay was seeing the General Manager himself walking around early in the morning, personally checking on everything. It shows the high level of care and attention to detail this hotel maintains.
Overall, a fantastic experience—luxury, comfort, and impeccable service all in one. Highly recommended!

The room was super clean, supplied with water coffee tea which you can ask for additional whenever you want. They also added the basic cleaning gifts like toothbrush, toothpaste.
The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly and respectful. The location is amazing, it is in the heart of Baku.
