Amazing location, courteous staff, good location, best value of money. In these rates, I don't think you will get any better hotel in baku that has all check points. Above all, in this price, breakfast is included. Breakfast was reasonable. Do not expect a very lavish spread of buffet but with this price breakfast was super good. Beautiful views from balcony and windows. Trust me, you won't regret your decision. I am happy with the stay thats why i am writing so much about this place.

I will definitely return the next time I’m in Baku. And the location? Absolutely unbeatable - everything is nearby, right in the heart of the city.

Located within 1.9 miles of Flame Towers and 2.2 miles of Baku Railway Station, Home Boutique Hotel has rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Baku. I have the best recommendations for this accommodation. Since we arrived, we were welcomed properly, the room is beautiful with the most comfortable bed. The breakfast served is perfect, with a wide selection and the friendliest staff serving it. We walked to the city center or used Bolt, so the accommodation is not far from all the main attractions. We have no complaints, and we have never experienced this level of service anywhere else as we have at your hotel. We will definitely come back to Baku someday and will choose this hotel again, which I warmly recommend to everyone. 🩷

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my family. The hotel was well located in Baku city. It was not far from the center. The interior of the hotel looked good and the rooms were clean and there were also sports facilities in the hotel which I made use of. The hotel employees helped us well with a problem we had. We had an amazing experience, the property, the view, the ambience, the staff everything was great and gave us an unforgettable experience. I kid you not, the moment we arrived at the property we were stunned with the beauty of lake we saw. Guest relation, SADAYA was the best host she helped us all along with everything we needed from getting the room with a perfect view to arranging an offbeat adventure and even departed us with some gifts as it was our anniversary. The breakfast was full of variety. If you wanna create some good memories out of your Azerbaijan Trip, do stay at this property which has mesmerising view and is super good.
