During our recent stay, we had a truly pleasant experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding hospitality of Mr. Elmi. From the start, he made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He personally assisted us in booking a wonderful table at Rast Restaurant, which made our evening even more special.
In addition to that, Mr. Elmi took the time to show us around the hotel and inform us about the various activities and facilities available, which helped us make the most of our stay.
The entire hotel staff was equally professional, friendly, and attentive. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard. The food was another highlight — a great variety of international dishes, all of which were fresh and delicious.
Overall, the service, hospitality, and attention to detail made our visit truly memorable. We’re grateful to Mr. Elmi and the entire team for such a lovely experience.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Both the reception and the room service staff are friendly, and they always have a smile on their face. During our stay, they brought a surprise birthday cake for my daughter at breakfast, which was a very nice gesture. The rooms are good-sized, the bed was comfortable, and their room service was top-notch.

Staffs are tremendously nice and helpful. Location in the old city is great and we can easily access seashore and major sights in old city. Btw the room decoration is really good and vintage. The furniture and electronic appliances are carefully selected in the room and brought you back to old time. I never used a flush toilet in gold color before :p

Everything was perfect! The room is spacious and clean, the location is perfect ( walking distance from everything but at the same time not crowded) , and above all we liked the hotel staff hospitality and kindness ( especially Sameer the restaurant supervisor and Réception’s staff ). We definitely recommend it !
