We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we truly felt well taken care of throughout our visit.
The breakfast buffet was an absolute 10 out of 10 – fresh, varied, and delicious. On request, we were even served omelettes where we could choose our own ingredients. A lovely personal touch!
The room was very clean, and the entire hotel was beautifully decorated with thoughtful and charming details that really impressed us.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would gladly stay here again!

Check in process and communication were swiftly. Nice location. In 10 minutes walking you can arrive at any point in Mostar. It was clean, it is new establishment. The staff was kind and polite. I heartily recommend this hotel.

Hotel 81 was recently built. The room is new, fresh, clean, and very spacious with heaps of storage and a modern looking bathroom. I had a very comfortable stay. The owners are very helpful. The location is excellent and close to everything. I highly recommend it. It was a very nice surprise to see how clean and shiny the hotel was when I first arrived.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It has a great pool, sauna, and restaurant, and we truly enjoyed our time here with our family.
The sauna, hammam, pool, and jacuzzi were all in excellent condition. Our room was clean and cozy, with heated floors, a lovely terrace, and a beautiful view of the river and mountains.
The staff were friendly and welcoming everywhere we went, always smiling and happy to help.
